Our Luxe Surfari tents are located at our Kingscliff North park and are the perfect holiday accommodation option for couples. These tents sleep up to 2 adults, have a comfy queen-sized bed, full-sized ensuite, luxurious interior furnishings, a large outside entertaining area. The outside deck also has a large round day bed which have prime ocean views! As there are only two Luxe tents, Kingscliff North is also home to 6 other Surfari tents, each with partial ocean views and provides guests with a camping experience with some of the luxuries. This style of Surfari tent is also available at our Fingal Head, Hastings Point and Pottsville North parks.
If 'Glamping' isn't your thing, our parks have a wonderful selection of luxury cabins, which can sleep up to 6 guests. Each cabin includes luxury furnishings, a full-sized kitchen and bathroom, a spacious living and outdoor entertaining area. Selected cabins also boast water views of either the Tweed River, Fingal Head Beach, Kingscliff Beach or Mooball Creek.
If you prefer to get back to the basics, strip away the luxuries and sleep underneath the stars all of our parks are equipped with tourist and tent sites, some with ensuite options and even waterfront views. Each of these sites is either on a large concrete slab or synthetic grass and have power and water stations.
The Tweed is known for a lot of 'couple-friendly' activities, whether you like to spend lunch at some of The Tweed's top eateries, take a stroll down some of Australia's top beaches, have a picnic with a breathtaking view or end the afternoon with some artisan cocktails, you are bound to give your loved one a romantic weekend to remember!
