1. Walk at least 10000 steps per day
When holiday shopping, park a bit farther away so you’re forced to walk more. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. And with the many local hikes and walks to explore around the Tweed, youll be knocking up the step count in no time!
2. Make a splash
Swimming is a great activity to keep fit, boost endorphins and tone your muscles. Be it poolside, creekside or in the ocean. 3. Sweat like a local
